Our WorkyQuad information pages contain all the information you will need to decide which option is best for you. If you still cant find what you are looking for contact our friendly hire team who will be happy to assist and answer any questions.
Who can Hire?
You can! We hire out to both commercial and personal customers subject to all relevant approved documents and of course availability.
Hire periods
Our hires do not have maximum hire periods.
You can hire from 1 day, a couple of days, weekly, just weekends or even monthly. We always try to accommodate to your needs and will work with you to get the hire you need.
Hired in plant
We require hired in plant insurance on any hire. The insurance must be a hired in plant policy – public liability insurance will only be excepted if the policy has a designated section for the hired in plant. Motor vehicle policies will not be sufficient.
The policy must be valid for the dates you wish to hire
The cover required depends on the machine you want to hire you can find the required level of insurance for the machine on the information tab of the machine.
What if I don't have Hired In Plant Insurance?
Don't Panic! On short term hires (up to 5 days max) on the discretion of Spectrum Plant and our insurers we may be able to offer a Hired in Plant Waiver. This is a non refundable fee which covers you even in the event of total loss or theft of the machine. Any other damage would be down to you to cover. this is on the basis that our insurers are happy with the documents provided and the checks that come back. If you need further information please

WorkyQuad Skid Steers Available For Hire
The Compact Skid Steer With High Performance
SSQ meets the most varied needs to work in limited spaces in agriculture, livestock, construction and green care. Powerful engines up to 22 Hp, boom height up to 2095 mm. Hydraulic capacity up to 28.8 l / minute and lifting capacity up to 325 Kg. The hydrostatic transmission 4WD is standard on all models.

Our SSQ range represents a small revolution for the varied needs of having to work in confined spaces within multiple sectors. Thanks to the interchangeability of multiple accessories, SSQ can operate with extreme ease in a variety of locations larger machines just can’t access.

No the hire is for the machine only. However, our friendly team will be happy to show you how to use the machine before you take it away

The SSQ will come out on hire clean with a full tank of fuel, fully functional with all safety controls in order
Additional charges will be applied for:
- Damage to the machine - a price will be provided once damage is assessed
- Cleaning
- Refuelling
To hire this machine you must have:
Photo Id - Valid Driving Licence or Passport for yourself or a company director
Proof of Address – Utility Bill or Bank Statement showing the name / company name and address dated within the last 3 months
Hired In Plant Insurance covering a minimum of £20,000
What if I don't have Hired In Plant Insurance? Don't Panic! On short term hires (up to 5 days max) on the discretion of S/P and our insurers we may be able to offer a Hired in Plant Waiver.
