Shipping & Delivery Terms
If it doesn't arrive - we'll give you a full refund. We always use insured, trackable delivery methods that require a signature.
If it is faulty - we'll give you a full refund. In most cases we will require you to send the faulty product back but we'll refund your postage costs if the fault is confirmed and identified.
If you ordered the wrong bit and it is still clean and we think it is re-sell-able - You will have to pay the return postage, we might charge you a small restocking fee and we'll give you a credit for the rest.
If you ordered the wrong bit and it's damaged or we don't think it's re-sell-able then we probably won't give a full refund. But do give us a call or send us some photo's and we'll see what we can do.
And just to be clear - all goods are ours until they are paid for and you are completely responsible for identifying the right part and ensuring it is fitted correctly. Our full terms and conditions are available on a separate page.
Our aim is simple - We want to be the best place for you to buy Timberwolf, FSI Or WorkyQuad parts.
Next Day Delivery
"Next Day" means next weekday (Monday to Friday)
If you want Saturday delivery you will need to choose that during your checkout.
If we get your order by 2:00pm Monday to Friday we will ship that day. If you chose 'Next Day Shipping' then you should get it next business day.
Between 2:00pm and 3:00pm ... We'll really try to rush and you might be lucky ...or you might not!
After 3:00pm .... sorry but it's probably not going to ship until the next day.
If you order in good time and we miss the couriers - then we'll refund all your shipping charges and put in another free sweet.
If the courier takes longer than they should - then we'll refund some of your shipping and shout at them on your behalf!
Weekends - We often answer the phone on Saturdays but we can't ship on the weekends - not even if you ring really early!
