Spectrum Plant are looking to recruit an aftermarket manager at our Warrington head office.
The aftermarket manager responsible for all aspects of Hire, Service & Parts across both Warrington and Leeds depots.
The principal activity of the role is to ensure our customers and their machines are supported. The Aftermarket team currently consists of 3 engineers, 1 service administrator and 3 parts people.
We have a great team and whilst the parts supervisor and the engineering supervisor report to this role these are effectively peer relationships.
We are a small close knit team and our customers’ demands on the business vary greatly so on occasions it is all hands to the pump – you should expect to deal with customers at the counter, take calls, pick, put away and pack parts as required.
The role will be tasked with growing the size and profitability of these aspects of the business.
This role is pivotal in that involves co-ordinating many aspects of our day-to-day business:- speaking with customers, liaising with our engineers, parts team and our sales team as well as communicating with suppliers.
It is a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail.
The right candidate will ideally have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
