At Russells Arb, we know how important it is to receive the right part, on time. That’s why we work hard to make our shipping process reliable, trackable, and fair.
If Your Order Doesn’t Arrive
We’ll give you a full refund.
All our deliveries are sent using insured, trackable services that require a signature, so your order is protected every step of the way.
If Your Item is Faulty
You’ll receive a full refund.
In most cases, we’ll ask you to return the item so we can confirm the fault. Once verified we will issue a full refund.
If You Ordered the Wrong Item

If it’s unused, clean, and re-sellable: You’ll cover return postage, and we may charge a small restocking fee. We’ll then issue a credit for the balance.

If it’s damaged or not in resellable condition: A full refund may not be possible. However, get in touch with us – send over some photos or give us a call, and we’ll do our best to help.
Next Day Delivery
"Next Day" means the next working weekday (Monday to Friday).

Order by 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri): We'll ship your order the same day.

Order between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM: We’ll do our best to dispatch it, but we can't guarantee it.

Order after 3:00 PM: Your order will ship the next working day.
If you order on time and we still miss the courier – we’ll refund your shipping cost and throw in an extra sweet for the inconvenience.
A Quick Note on Responsibility
All goods remain the property of Russells Arb until fully paid for.
Please ensure you’ve correctly identified the part you need and that it’s fitted properly – this responsibility lies with the buyer.
